karoline Streaming Internet Radio for your Linn DS from your iPhone or iPod Touch

Karoline helps you stream RadioTime internet radio to your Linn DS digital streamers. It uses the latest Cara 6 firmware from Linn to provide a seamless listening experience.

Getting Started

Prior to its first use, Karoline needs to be configured with the IP addresses and configuration of your DS & any attached pre-amp. Please see the Settings page for instructions on how this is done. (Though you don't configure a media server for Karoline, only Konductor, the basis is the same.)

Views

Karoline had two different views to allow it to control the DS's radio capability and browse the available presets. Press the radio icon (Bottom righthand side of the control page & top lefthand of the presets list) to toggle to views. The power button can be used to select available sources and power on / off the DS. Note that the DS will show as two separate sources (Playlist & Radio).

   

If you already have Konductor installed then you will see the Konductor logo on the top right hand side of the main screen. Pressing this will start Konductor to allow you to control you DS's 'Playlist' function.
